How should I study physics in order to crack the NEET and AIIMS?

  • 0

I scored 171/180 in physics in NEET 2020. This how I studied:

  • 1st things 1st. Read NCERT even if you find it boring, useless, difficult, whatever. NEET paper is NCERT based, and that is 100% true for physics too. Also, theortical questions of physics are asked straight out of NCERT.
  • Solve 1 book 2–3 times instead of solving 2–3 books 1 time. I solved MTG Neet guide in my 11th and 12th and DC Pandey in my drop year. DC Pandey is good book, with questions of all levels and PYQs.
  • Don’t just memorize the formulae, or in the end, you will end up confused. Understand the formula. Understand the derivation, application.
  • If you want to understand the subject, I will recommend you to solve HC Verma (only MCQs). All of your concepts will be completly cleared. There aren’t many MCQs. 5–10 MCQs in each chapter.
  • Physics is subject of silly mistakes. Jot down each and every silly mistake you do. Revise them as you revise the formulae. Here is an example:
