I highly doubt if your rank will fetch you an ECE seat in KTR campus. But there is still a very thin chance.
Do not spend more money and join the sister campuses as it’s not worth the amount you’ll be spending.
Instead, be ready with your backup options like IT, E&I, Telecommunications, etc. These fields are also good.
