It is definitely possible. Practically, to make it possible (get mbbs sest in govt college) you need to strategically working hard i.e. you need to do smart work. Focus on weightage of the chapters according to previous year questions especially on chapters which have less stuff but more questions coming in previous years.
Be confident and don’t overthink.
