Yes, There are so many 4th time repeaters for the NEET 2020. Many of students did their UG & PG but still they are preparing for NEET 2020. If you come to my city(Kota) you will find many of 4th time repeaters. My best friend Pari is a 4th time repeater. She has completed her B.Sc. from Kota University but still she want to crack NEET 2020. Its like a fashion to crack NEET.
