Heyyy!!!

So this was my routine on Sundays , holidays and during the whole lockdown.

Since I’m a morning person I used to wake up around 4 am . Then after brushing my teeth and meditating for 15–20 mins , I used to sit down to study at approximately 4:30 am. After that I had breakfast at 10am and took a bath . Then I sat down again at 11am . After that I had lunch at 2pm, watched a little bit of television or YouTube and then again sit down at 3 pm and study till 8 pm after that I had dinner and watched a few reality shows on television and then back to bed at approximately 9:30 pm .

So basically I studied for 12–13 hrs on Sunday and also since lockdown started . On other days due to coaching , the self study time was reduced to 8–9 hrs becoz my coaching started at 4pm so I had to leave at 3:30 pm and then came back home at 9pm.

This was the routine that I had pretty much everyday. However there will be days when you will not feel like studying at all , due to health issues or other things going on in your life. During those days take a break for a few hours or even for an entire day, do stuff that you like doing or simply watch some movies or talk to your friends and family. Believe me just a few minutes of talking with your friends and family will improve your mood and you’ll feel a lot motivated. Go out and play something or take a walk . And then sit down to study. Just try and release the stress that you have and you will improve your performance.
