I can surely say, that you must not be at ZERO level.
You have prepared the same concepts in your class 11 and must be preparing the same topics in your class 12, like me.
I was in a similar situation back in mid class 11, when I felt that I was loosing a grip on my studies despite taking classroom coaching from the best college.
The reason for such a position was the inability to solve questions, especially in physics and chemistry. To solve this problem I joined the Ultra Test Series from CareerOrbits after watching one of their ads.
Below are some tips that have helped me improve. My current score in tests is now about 500–550 in the part tests.
- Moving to practice as early as possible and not thinking that I will practice after pre-boards.
- Reducing time I spend on watching videos. I watch video as a last resort and that too for 10% of the concepts.
- For biology, reading every line of the NCERT book and framing questions myself and arriving at answers logically. The questions in the question bank in the Ultra Test Series help me in ensuring that I have been able to understand the concept and the application.
- For Chemistry and Physics, I practice atleast 100–150 questions daily apart from my homework and coaching work in the test series.
