Firstly, and most importantly DON’T ignore your NCERTs. Even for physics and chemistry solve the exercises. The good thing about NCERT exercises is that although they have a very limited selection of questions, the variety of questions given in the book is immense. Even I was an Aakashian and their packages are really good for practice and extra points on certain topics; in fact any study package from any institute is good enough. These packages are more than enough for solving questions.
Apart from these I would suggest MTG Publications’ Objective NCERT at your Fingertips; these books contain a good selection for NCERT based questions- a must for NEET. Otherwise, i don’t think that you will be needing any other books four preparations. Good grasp over NCERT and practice of questions is more than enough to crack NEET and AIIMS.
