Organic chemistry was my favourite part of chemistry. If anyone in my class had doubts, they would come to me for the solution. I was considered the best. And I scored pretty well in organic in aiats and neet.
The books that I went through were:
- Read the ncert thoroughly first and understand the meaning of each and every line.
- After that I went for Pradeep publications. It was a very good with each and every reaction mentioned with explanation.
- My aakash modules and teachers notes were excellent. They helped me understand the mechanism as well as made me do organic mcq’s in one or two minutes.
- Then I did mcq’s from ‘organic chemistry by D.K Singh’. It is an awesome book which gives detailed explanations as well as mechanisms through mcqs which help in better understanding. It is the same book from which many questions came in neet 2016.
- And last but not the least Er. Dushyant Kumar’s YouTube video lectures were too good as well. They also helped me in understanding the concepts of organic as well as in doing quick revision.
