Yes, You can appear at NEET for sure.
But the question is Why?
If you are not satisfied with your college and the kind of knowledge you are receiving, it makes sense to quit and look for options. But, if not, think about a year that you will be losing.
Also, it is going to be a hell lot of competition this year at NEET, as this is going to be the only examination for admission in MBBS.
There is another factor that you need to keep in mind. The bond that you have signed with the college. If you have signed one, get ready of paying the fine that is going to cost you a lot. It applies only if you leave the course in between, take NEET 2017, secure a good rank and join some other institute of your choice.
If you are thinking on taking the examination, just to better your score, you can go ahead. But, if you are considering to switch, think twice.
