Told and Untold rules of SRM University:
1.) Keep your head low and don’t fall in trouble even if you are in trouble, if you want your grades to be good.
2.) Buttering the ego of most of the professors is compulsory for good grades.
3.) It’s perfectly fine to enter late in class and still get attendance if you are a Tamilian. Else in all probability you will be marked absent. (No hatred towards Tamilians here, but towards those professors)
4.) Need those extra marks you believe you deserve? You need to practice stooping as low as it gets to get them.
5.) Sitting on the stairs of tech park after college hours is a crime. The guards are rude enough to make it a bad experience.
6.) Your ID card is your lifeline if you belong in the main campus. Remove that inside the campus and you have high probability of getting off the campus for the day. (not a good ending)
7.) Early bird gets the worm (Rule for canteen area). Thanks to SRM administration for increasing the number of seats so much that it feels like Beijing in there.
8.) Grades you get is directly proportional to the number of pages you fill out.
