I can’t say for PG but NEET-UG is strictly not IQ Based and is just an exam in which regurgitated easy questions are asked and people are categorised according to their mugging up capability.
I believe AIIMS can be categorised as a partially IQ Based as it actually categorises students according to their knowledge.
