There are basically two sets of papers generated; one for the schools of the Delhi region and the other for the states of the rest of India.
Apart from this there are no other set of paper made separately for any other state or region. This is apparently done for the security and to keep the confidentiality of the papers.
Another reason behind this could be to level the differences between the academic inequalities between the colleges of these regions.
