What’s the difference between the All India, Delhi, and Foreign papers of the CBSE 12th Board Examinations?

Hello! There’s no much difference between these papers. The only difference is the region from which the students are going to give the examination. All India paper is for those students who are from other regions in India except Delhi. Delhi paper is for students who live in Delhi and Foreign paper is for students who live outside India. The paper setters for Delhi and All India will be same but for foreign paper, the paper setters will be from the CBSE schools outside the country. No of students who give All India paper will be more than the other two papers. Hope This Helps!
