There are a few differences between the two:-
1) The CBSE NCERT does not contain the whole concepts from what one studied throughout the year with exception to 9 th and 11 th class where as CBSE board exams do have questions from concepts thought throughout the year.
2) In case of 9 th and 11 th where CBSE do have more questions from the part which didn’t come in mid yearly exam which isn’t the case in board exams.
