I don’t think any of these institutions provide BCA cources. They only provide engineering cources and post graduate cources.
Its better you do your BCA from some of the reputed colleges from any of the state. And then do MCA from any of the NITs ,BITs or IIT. Only IIT Kharagpur provides MCA among all the other IIT’s.
