Can I change my university and college in third year after taking admission in direct second-year engineering?

Your question is pretty common amongst many studenta studying engineering. I will clear the clouds today. Once you take admission into any particular university, you cannot change the universityor college. In worst case scenario, wherein if a college affiliated to some university shuts down due to some reason, then the students of that college will be transferred to other colleges affiliated to the same university. However, if you wish to change the unversity all together, then you haveto start the course from start again(1st year or 2nd year) on basis of your hsc or diploma marks. This is applicable after 1st/2nd/3rd/4th year of engineering degree.
