Admission procedure starts from application form of VITEEE then you have to appear in the VIT’s entrance exam(VITEEE) after the ranks are published you will be moved towards the counselling procedure and then reservation of your seat.
so basically it totally depends on VITEEE for admission. If you are topper(district/state) they will give you concessions.
