Which engineering colleges allow lateral entry for diploma holders (in 2nd year)?

I guess for Diploma Holders each state has an entrance.
As per the scores, they directly get admitted into Engineering Institutions
And as far as i know all the engineering colleges (AICTE Recognized) have certain amount of seats allotted for Diploma Holders.

For example: ECET is an entrance followed at Andhra Pradesh for Diploma Holders to get admitted into 2nd year of engineering
