If you want a good package then go for Computer Science engineering. If you want to just have fun, take Mechanical engineering. If you want a decent package and have interest in circuits and all go for electrical engineering.
Personally , I would suggest computer science engineering as there is a lot of scope and opportunity and if you work hard you can get a very good salary package
