Well I do not say anything about Lovely Professional University (LPU) here, because that might not matter. But as you said that many are saying, if you trust those many people, then you can go with their words and do whatever they said.
Otherwise, visit the institutions and universities you wants to take admission in, compare the facilities and then decide yourself. Because at the end, there is always someone saying something about everything, even if they don’t know anything about it.
