Which university is better, GNDU or Chitkara University (in 2020)?

Chitkara is no match for the stature of Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar. GNDU is a Tier 1 state university with NAAC score of 3.51, the highest in the whole region. It’s the only university in the region awarded University with Potential for Excellence (UPE). The research index of GNDU is the best among all the instiutions of higher education in the whole region .
