Which university is better for studying biotechnology, Manipal or SRM?

SRM(KTR) would be my choice if I am studying biotechnology because my roommates were from biotechnology branch and they used to tell me about their research works and Journals which are published in science magazines. Like Biotechnology every other Branch in SRM has dedicated labs and they do have lot research work going On with the help of funds which is provided by the tie-ups between various pharmaceuticals company and state government
