IIM’s itself is a brand for Indian MBA aspirants, just the name of the institute carries a huge responsibility on campus and off-campus placements. There are no hidden secrets for IIM graduates to find a placement and not everyone in the class will be hired during the program.
Any IIM students, planning to land a job should be pro-active during their tenure of the program should actively participate in displaying skills during class/club activities to show the organization your capability of stepping of the comfort zone to pursue success.
