Some years back I would have said neet pg but given the increase in competition for neet ug and shifting of jee craze into neet today neet ug is much tougher. You need to compete among 14 lakh candidates for 5000 seats out of which in order to get best college you need to get into 1000. Last year my cousin scored 605 and got 1465 rank and I was shocked cause at such marks in my time he could have easily got into MAMC. I just think we were lucky that we competed among 4 lakh candidates. And today the best brains are applying for neet instead of jee because of unsure future in engineering. But I can say for my time aipmt was easier than pg, but now neet ug is a hell lot tougher even in terms of level of questions asked
