Physics:
NCERT , DC pandey objective books(part 1 and 2) , cengage physics by b m Sharma ( for understanding the concepts) , previous years papers of AIPMT as questions are often repeated , Dinesh objective physics (set of 4 books) for intense practice and to have a good grip on the chapter. Allen modules are very good. Don’t miss atleast electrostatics and mechanics from hc Verma.
Other highly advanced level books are resnick halliday physics, ie irodov m Karim etc..
Chemistry:
NCERT , op tondon, either Solomon and fryle or Morrison and Boyd, Allen modules, previous years papers, Dinesh objective chemistry set. Balaji physical chemistry is also very good. Ms chauhan for practice and p Bahadur numerical chemistry . Disha inorganic chemistry highly recommended.
For AIIMS akash explorer would also be helpful.
