As am from Chitkara University so I’ll only say about it.
As most of the students are choosing CSE these years, but frankly most of them select it because they think of internet, friends and work from home, usually they don’t have interest. Only the few interested ones get placed and get a good job. So first of all I would request, if you dont have interest, then either build it or choose something else.
In Chitkara University, the syllabus has been renewed, when I was in 1st year, we were not taught a coding subject. But now since 1st semester here students start coding. Moreover, here companies start coming from 5th semester, thus mostly students are placed by the end of final year. Moreover, if students want to go abroad for study, the college has a team for that too. If they are planning to go for higher studies, the college have plans for that too.
