Bihar phobia.
The biggest misconception ever. Even before coming to Patna I have had the same doubt. But, since I was getting CSE in IITP, I chose it.. But believe me, I have been proven wrong. Patna (or) Bihar is as good as any other Indian place.
I would say this is the only so-called dark side of IIT Patna. If you see the performance, placements, academics,coding culture, IIT Patna stands out amongst the 2008 IITs. Exclusively in CSE, one of the best alongside IIT Indore.
