Honestly i did not make a time table .
I just dont go well with time tables ,i dont know blame my laziness ,but whenever i felt like reading i read with full dedication.
Sure time table will keep you organised and give you a boost of confidence.
Anyway it depends on you .
I suggest you to read as much of NCERT as you can it is the only way you can score good in exams.
