. Programmes by qualification are offered starting from diploma to doctoral level. First, you need to be sure about which programme/course you are interested in as per your qualification. You need to meet eligibility criteria, of course, to get into it. Your qualification percentage matters to qualify eligibility condition of the particular desired programme.

LPUNEST exam plays a role of eligibility in some courses and in a maximum number of courses plays the role of scholarship. Its purpose will be clearly defined to you in eligibility condition of the course which will help you to know that it’s necessary to give or not for your desired course.

Courses that LPU offers on 10th basis not require LPUNEST for eligibility condition but to avail maximum scholarship benefits you can give it as per your choice.

Now, Programmes like B.tech, PhD, LLM,MSc Agriculture in these programmes they keep mandatory condition to qualify LPUNEST exam for eligibility and in rest of the programmes it’s candidate choice to give this exam to avail maximum scholarship benefits.

Moreover in B.tech if candidate score above 90% in 12th or got 90 percentile or more in jee exam then LPUNEST is exempted

Similarly in PhD if you have cleared National level exam like UGC NET etc then you will be exempted from exam.
