- Sophisticated Instrument Centre(SIC)- With a mission to support and foster research IIT Indore provides state-of-the-art instrumentation as well as equipment. The SIC is equipped with Single Crystal X-ray Diffraction, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Mass Spectrometry, Elemental Analysis and Single Molecule Imaging and Spectroscopy to provide highest quality of data analysis.
- Central Workshop: The central workshop, along with industrial manufacturing work, provides hands-on training to students in foundry, welding, carpentry, machining, forming, molding and fitting with the help of extremely skilled operators. The projects here aim to bridge the gap between industry and academics.
- Cafeteria: You might not always get what you want but the food here is quite a refreshment when you have missed your meals or the mess food is unbearable.
- CSE and Physics Pod buildings: Majority of the classes are held here. Though construction is going on in parts of these buildings, the sections where classes are held are extremely safe. Some of the classrooms are air-conditioned, some are not. These buildings also house the CS and Electrical Labs along with a secondary library.
