I scored 73% in term 1 and now the weightage is reduced, making term 1 to be 30% and term 2 to be 70% will I be able to score 90+ if I do good in term 2?

You have to atleast score 98% marks in Term 2, to score 90+ overall. It is hard but you can atleast put your 100% efforts.
