I’m a student at UPES School of Business and I reached this decision after a lot of research & deliberation as I am someone who likes to know what I’m getting into. Here’s the gist of what I found-
UPES is the first Indian university to have QS 5-star rating for Employability, Academic Development & Program Strength. They hold a record of consecutive 94% placement for three years in a row & the highest package in 2020 was placed at 45 LPA for a CS student. Three other students also received global placement at a package of 30 LPA. In Placements 2021, more than 2,000 students received over 2,650 offers in the first few weeks itself. UPES School of Design & School of Computer Science closed Placements 2020 at 100% with an average CTC of INR 6.30 and 5.36 LPA, respectively.
For School of Business specifically, the highest package in 2020 was at 18 LPA and this year, the highest package went up to 27 LPA. SoB has a placement record of 95% and attracts big brands including TATA, IBM, Amazon & ITC not only for placements, but also internships, industry visits & guest lectures. One of my friends is currently interning with Amazon
