I am studying chemical engineering at BITS Goa, going to my 4th year. Personally I feel the department and the people there are doing a lot to take chemical engineering to a higher level. I am very proud to say that I got to study here. I would suggest that you take chemical only if you are interested in the subject. Because there are many students who take it just to be a part of BITS. Please don’t do that. And if you are not sure of your interests then I am sure you will develop interest in the subject. The teachers try really hard to do that. Sadly the response from students has degraded in the junior batches. I hope to see the opposite in the new batch. 🙂
