How do I manage to prepare for the NEET, along with a regular BSc. class?

I don’t think I am the right person to answer this question as I didn’t give NEET while doing B.Sc and neither did any of my friends so I won’t be able to impart proper and effecient guidance to you and the audience regarding this topic.
