All quota councelling will start soon from 12 june…you can apply online , councelling will in online mode where you have to fill choices of colleges according to your preference order..you will find it on http://www.cbseneet.nic.in
For BHU nd AFMC you have to do registration..after that your state councelling will also start side by side so be regular on internet and check when your state councelling will start…nd the same process will be followed there you have to fill choices according to preference order..
Nd for personal advice be more careful in state councelling as there are more chances of getting college in your state..check what are the documents required for state councelling, like domicile of your state, category certificate ( if OBC / ST / SC ) etc.. be prepare..
