Firstly, Thanks for A2A. Comedk as such does not require any special preparation if you have a grip on all the topics of Class 11th and 12th. You just need to brush up with all the formulae and one liners.
About the paper
Basically COMEDK is a game of time management, since you have 180 questions in total. So you see that each question needs to be solved in around 1 minute. Coming to the subjects difficulty level (according to last year)-
- Physics – 40/60 can be done easily. Basics from each topics are generally asked.
- Maths – 45/60 can be solved easily. It is all about practice. Practice as much as you can because in the paper with time management as a key factor you can’t afford much time here.
- Chemistry – Can’t say about it, because last year it was toughest of all. According to last year only 25-30/60 can be done. Most of the questions were of remembering type and somewhat GK.
Syllabus is bit lengthy due to more number of questions been asked.
