Hi, I am a MTech CSE student at IIT Guwahati and can give you the stats for MTech CSE 2020–2022 batch. This year there were more than 120 profiles for which several companies came for recruitment at IITG campus placements. It included several startups, MNCs, HFTs, etc. Several roles were offered but most of the students were intrested in SDE and Data Science. There were 3 international offers and 56 domestic.
The stats are as follows

- Average Base : 17LPA
- Median Base : 15.5LPA
- Highest CTC : 2.05crore (International) & 46Lakhs (Domestic)
- Lowest CTC : 12LPA
- Highest Base : 96Lakhs (International) & 22.5Lakhs (Domestic)
- Lowest Base : 11.5Lakhs
