As of now there aren’t any such tie ups. However , you’re free to do so on your own accord. I know that engineering schools in US have have a 10 week internship programme and I guess same is applicable for top schools in Europe. Schools are pretty rigid on the duration of the internship. You cannot do a one month thing over there.
I think it’s worth all the effort if you’re planning to do your masters from a university abroad. It will give you an idea about the culture in a particular country. Most importantly you will be expanding your network which would eventually assist you in the application process of your masters. This is of great significance as every university has it’s own shortlisting criteria and current students can help you a great deal with it.
